Program Educational Objectives
PEO1: Graduate shall have abilities to pusue professional carrier with social responsibility
PEO2: Graduate shall have an ability to work in a team to address diversified challenges providing sustainable solutions

Under Graduate Course:
  The course leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering was started in the year 2009-10 with intake of 60 seats. The department has started a separate division of 60 seats for engineering diploma students from AY 2013-14. The degree represents an excellent combination of basic engineering science, Software, Hardware theory and practice, communication skills and engineering management. This course is designed for students who wish to become professional engineers in the fields of Electrical Engineering. Workshop and laboratory facilities are utilized by students for the extensive project work that is one of the features of the course. The department has well equipped and well furnished 15 labs. The total approximate cost of the department including all labs is up to Rs.1,02,28.108 cr.

Departmental Library:
Department of Electrical Engineering has a separate Departmental Library having more than 567 books. It has good collection of Academic and general information books which are helpful for the students.

Digital Library:
The institute has subscription of e-journals which can be accessed by students and staff. This digital library consists of various research papers, articles, etc. Students and staff can access sites like IEEE, Science Direct, ASME, Springer, JGATE, McGrawHill, ASTM, etc. This library has a vast collection of videos lectures on various topics conducted by faculties from IITs.
